| 1978 |
School receives affiliation to the ICSE Board. |
| 1980 |
The first batch of six girls appeared for the ICSE Board examination. In true
Hyderabadi style, teachers accompanied the girls carrying packets of snacks and juices. |
| 1980 |
The Nasr Dramatic Society was established, formed so that the children
explore the actor within. NDS has received several prizes and media coverage. |
| 1982 |
Nasr girls were selected to represent Andhra Pradesh at the Asiad. They
performed the Lambadi Dance. |

| 1988 |
Nature Club and the Red Cross Society were set up. |

| 1983 |
In order to accommodate the growing number
of classes, the Pre-primary shifted to Somajiguda. |

| 1988 |
The ISC Section was inaugurated by Field
Marshal Manekshaw. Nasr was the only ISC school in
the twin cities which offered English Literature and
structure of modern governments. The 25th anniversary
of Nasr was celebrated along with the 400th
anniversary of Hyderabad. |
| 1990 |
The Pre-primary opened its doors to the boys and Begum Anees Khan was elected as the Vice President
of the Association of ICSE Schools. |
| 1991 |
Ever increasing numbers led to the formation of the fifth House and all the Houses were renamed after
precious stones. The school also began to provide a wealth of opportunities in the form of extra-curricular
pursuits after school hours. The students have a wide range of activites to choose from, which allows them to
explore the various interests that they may have. |

| 1996 |
A new section, Primary Banjara was begun to accomodate the growing demand for admissions. |
| 1998 |
To reduce the disappointment of boys' parents, Nasr Boys School was started. |

| 2001 |
Begum Anees Khan retired, handing over the reins to Mrs. Madhubala Kapoor. |
| 2007 |
An exchange programme between students from Nasr and Raffles Girls Primary School in Singapore
was started with a desire to expand our horizons and to understand another culture. |

| 2009 |
The Primary Banjara became a part of Nasr School, Khairatabad making it one BIG HAPPY FAMILY. |
