Nasr School is delighted to share its moment of glory with the world. Mrs. Madhubala Kapoor, the principal of Nasr School has been selected to be the proud recipient of the National Award for Teachers----2009. She will receive the same from our esteemed president Shrimati Pratibha Patil on the fifth of September at New Delhi. She was nominated for the award by the CIESE council.
Mrs. Madhubala Kapoor holds a masters degree in English and Social Work besides a degree in education.She joined the school in 1984 and was appointed principal in the year 2001. She is currently a committee member of the Association of ICSE and ISC Schools, Andhra Pradesh. Under her able guidance the school has grown from strength to strength and made BRAND NASR a formidable act to follow. She is the perfect blend of discipline and compassion combined with a high regard for hard work and dedication.Her people skills have ensured that the school runs like clockwork and produces excellent, well rounded young women year after year.

- The School aims at providing, through a wide curriculum, an education of high academic standards.
- The emphasis is on good habits of sound work and sound learning.
- We also seek to encourage creativity and independent thinking.
- The home assignment is given to consolidate learning and stimulate independent thinking and effort is set specially in the middle school. Careful consideration is given to new and innovative ideas in education and the school keeps teaching methods and curriculum under constant review.
- The management hopes that the students will grow up to be lively, interesting people with an awareness of others needs and a sense of purpose. In fact it is with a hope that then continue their education after they leave school.
- Religious and value based Education is given throughout the school. The aim is to foster an awareness of the religious and moral dimensions of life in our girls.
- The academic objective is to help and encourage each girl to achieve the highest standards of which she is capable. A diverse and challenging curriculum is offered to prepare students for stimulating and demanding careers.
- Students consistently achieve high tertiary Entrance Ranks and almost all students proceed to tertiary courses. Some have even taken admission in foreign universities.
