Begum Anees Khan Begum Anees Khan, Chairperson of Nasr Education Society has always been committed to excellence. She is a woman of substance and has been able to achieve that fine balance between running a home and school successfully. Her efforts were acknowledged by the Lions when she was awarded the Outstanding Educationist of the Year award. She was also given the Unity National Integration Award for her active involvement in the promotion of secularism. Begum Anees Khan has also served as President of the Association of ISC schools. |

Tejdeep Kaur Menon, IPS Never has an institution been so linked with the success of the taught, as in the case of Ms. Tejdeep Kaur Menon. She was one of Nasr's first students- she is at present Additional Director General of Police, A. P. She has been honoured with several awardsto mention a few- IRTE Prince Philip International Award for Road Safety, 2006; The Paul Harris Fellowship for distinguished contribution in tackling crime against women and in recognition of her creative skill, she was awarded the Charles Wallace Fellowship by the British Council to participate in the Literature Seminar at the University of Cambridge, UK, in 2003. |

Dr Sunita Maheshwari Dr Sunita Maheshwari, MBBS, ABP, ABPC (USA) is a Osmania/Yale trained Pediatric Cardiologist. who was nominated as one of the top 20 women health care achievers in India in 2009. She was the winner of the 'Young Clinician Award' from the American Heart Association and the 'Best Teacher Award' at Yale University. In 2008, she launched 'Rad Gurukul', the first ever Teleradiology training center in India. She was one of the few innovative entrepreneurs chosen to meet President Obama on his recent trip to India. |

Sania Mirza Sania needs no introduction. She was the first Indian player to have won a Grand Slam Title when she won the Girls Doubles Junior Wimbledon Tennis Tournament. She went on to win many ITF Titles and has been honoured by the Government of India with the Padmashree as well as the Arjuna award. |

Varenya Vadlamani The eight finalists of the Classmate Young Author contest, 2003 sponsored by ITC were selected from 800 schools spread across eight cities. Varenya beat 14,998 boys and girls to become the first runner-up in the contest. Ruskin Bond headed the panel of judges comprising of Anita Nair, novelist and Jug Surayia, columnist among others. |

Afrah Saleem Afrah Saleem received an Honorable Mention in the International essay writing contest organized by the United Nations for Human Rights Day 2006. She was the National finalist at the ITC Classmate Young Author Contest in 2005 & 2006 and has two published stories: "Red Jasmines" & "Dead End: The Tale of a Suicide Bomber" to her credit. The stories were selected and edited by Mr. Ruskin Bond and published in anthologies by Rupa & Co. She was adjudged the Best Speaker at the National Finals of the 8th Inter Institutional L.N.Birla Debate 2007 speaking for the topic 'Nationalism is Fundamentalism'. Afrah Saleem (2007) won the national finals of the Horlicks Wizkids, 2007 competition held in Bangalore. She, along with three other winners went on to promote "The Indian Children's Charter of Human Responsibility' in Brazil. Her project 'Operation Help-Line: Advocating and Defending Child Rights" was adjudged the best project among fifty-one other projects presented in the Finals of Horlicks Wiz Team, 2007 Competition. |
